Transforming communitIES through health & fitness.

Fitness For Good™ is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit corporation that exists to empower individuals to pursue excellence in their lives through fitness, nutrition and community.

We address the biggest problems in our community by engaging, on an individual basis, with their health & fitness pursuits.

We believe that strong, healthy people build strong, healthy communities.

We are focusing on our local community (Marysville, WA) with the intent of multiplying this concept around the country, with your help.

impacting those in active Recovery.

Remedy Recovery is our flagship program. We provide group fitness classes three times a week at Remedy Athletics (CrossFit Marysville) in Marysville, WA for those actively working a recovery program, giving them a place to work out, focus on their personal goals and meet people with similar experiences — at no cost.

The only requirement: 24 hours of sobriety.
